At Fightgear, we want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible. Please read the details below regarding our shipping process.

Processing Time

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–7 business days of your order being placed. During busy periods or sale events, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery takes 7–14 business days, both within Europe and to the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by the carrier, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout Europe and the United States.

Shipping Carrier

The shipping carrier is selected by us based on the destination. Customers cannot choose a specific carrier or shipping method at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery region and are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be included in this email.

Undelivered Orders

For orders that cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient (not being present at the address, refusing delivery, not collecting the parcel, or providing an incorrect address) and are returned to us, no refund will be issued. In such cases, the shipping fee must be paid again for the item to be re-sent. Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order.
