Return Policy

At Fightgear, your satisfaction matters to us. Our return conditions are set out below.

Right of Withdrawal & Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This period is based on the right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Return Conditions

Items to be returned must be:

unused, unwashed and not worn beyond trying on,
with all original tags attached and in their original packaging,
clean and odour-free (perfume, smoke, etc.).

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Return

Contact us at fightgearsupport@gmail.com with your order number and return request.
Once your request is approved, send the item to the return address we provide.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend packaging the item securely and in the same condition in which you received it.

Refunds

Once your returned item reaches us and is confirmed to meet our return conditions, your payment will be refunded to the same payment method used for the order. The refund is initiated within 14 days of us receiving the item at the latest. The time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Undelivered Orders

For orders that cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient (not being present at the address, refusing delivery, not collecting the parcel, etc.) and are returned to us, no refund will be issued. In such cases, the shipping fee must be paid again for the item to be re-sent.
