Welcome to Fightgear. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fightgear website at [website URL] ("Site") and any purchases you make from us. By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Fightgear is operated by SIGMA FFYL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15725142, with its registered address at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Fightgear.

1. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Site with the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Products

We take care to describe and display our products accurately. However, colours and details may appear slightly differently depending on your device or screen. Product images are for illustration and slight variations may occur. All products are subject to availability and we may withdraw or change any product at any time.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

You can shop as a guest without creating an account. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order — this does not mean your order has been accepted.

A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that the item has been shipped. If we are unable to fulfil your order (for example, due to stock issues or a pricing error), we will notify you and refund any payment already taken.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order.

While we make every effort to ensure prices are correct, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

Payment is processed securely at the time of ordering through Shopify Payments. You confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and belong to you.

5. Delivery

We ship throughout Europe and the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address you provided.

6. Returns and Refunds

Your right to return items and receive refunds is set out in our separate Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Fightgear name, logo, text, graphics, images and designs — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to submit false or fraudulent orders. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or restrict access at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide the Site and our products with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence.
